The oil and gas industry faces complex and ever-changing inspection challenges, particularly in critical areas such as chemical plants, tank farms/warehouses, multi-story elevated pipe corridors, and natural gas terminals. These scenarios often involve hazardous environments such as IIB/IIC explosion-proof zones, flammable and explosive atmospheres, high temperatures, hidden dangers of working at heights, toxic environments, and dust pollution. As a result, there is a pressing need for highly adaptable and safe robotic inspection solutions to automate and intelligently replace or assist manual inspections, enhancing efficiency, reducing personnel safety risks, and ensuring the safe and stable operation of oil and gas facilities

Comprehensive Operation and Maintenance Solution for Oil and Gas Chemical Plants

— Multi-form and Cross-regional Intelligent Joint Inspection


The comprehensive inspection of oil and gas chemical plants is composed of three parts: mobile explosion-proof robots, fixed AI explosion-proof pan-tilt-zoom cameras, and the Industrial Internet Platform. Through the coordinated monitoring of multi-form devices, a new mode of comprehensive and full-coverage hardware-software integration for oil and gas chemical plants is achieved.

 

  1. The explosion-proof wheeled inspection robot adopts four-wheel drive and can meet the requirements of close-range, non-contact inspection in outdoor ground scenarios under all-weather and special operating environments.
  2. The Industrial Internet Platform system provides a three-dimensional and highly efficient safeguard mode for oil and gas chemical plants through high-frequency scanning of AI-powered pole-mounted pan-tilt-zoom cameras, combined with detailed inspections by the explosion-proof wheeled robots on the ground.
  3. The fixed AI explosion-proof pan-tilt-zoom camera is primarily used for fixed monitoring in complex environments such as narrow spaces and specific high positions where mobile inspection robots cannot reach.


  

  1. The fixed AI explosion-proof pan-tilt-zoom camera is installed at high positions in the plant, undertaking high-altitude monitoring tasks. It possesses ppm-level high sensitivity, covering a radius of up to 100 meters, and multiple independent cameras can operate simultaneously.
  2. It can be configured with key equipment, area focus, and locked scanning monitoring modes along pipelines. When abnormalities are detected, the explosion-proof inspection robot can be activated for further detection and confirmation.
  3. It coordinates the control of cameras and robots within the management area, providing analysis and early warning based on real-time inspection data and trends. It also exhibits good integration with the plant’s production scheduling system and operation and maintenance management system.

Explosion-proof Firefighting and Extinguishing Robot

 The fire fighting reconnaissance robot consists of the robot body, fire monitor and handheld remote control terminal. It is mainly used for fire fighting and reconnaissance in various fields, especially suitable for explosion-prone environments such as petrochemical and gas, which is of great significance for improving the safety of rescue and reducing casualties. In flammable and explosive environments, it replaces firefighters in firefighting operations, improving rescue efficiency and ensuring personnel safety.

Emergency rescue and demolition robot

 The emergency rescue and demolition robot is composed of a robot body, a 6+1-axis hydraulic manipulator, and a handheld remote control terminal. It is mainly used in flammable and explosive environments, where it can replace workers to enter the accident scene for demolition operations, freeing operators from the dangerous on-site environment, significantly enhancing the safety of demolition operations, improving work efficiency, and reducing labor intensity. It is of great significance in improving the safety level of emergency rescue and ensuring the safety of rescuers. 

 

Product Functions

Demolition Capability: The robot is equipped with a highly integrated 6+1-axis hydraulic manipulator, featuring robust power and flexible operation. With a working radius of 1.6 meters, the hydraulic jaws at the end of the manipulator boast an expansion force of 20KN, capable of cutting through round steel with a diameter of 18mm. This allows for multi-angle, multi-directional, and complex demolition tasks.
Autonomous Obstacle Avoidance: The robot’s obstacle avoidance system can automatically identify the distance to obstacles, featuring a wide field of view and fast response time.
Two-way Intercom Function: It can capture live audio from the scene, facilitating understanding of the on-site environment and enabling two-way communication about the situation, thereby significantly enhancing the reliability of emergency rescue operations.
Image Acquisition Function: Real-time image capture and omnidirectional, multi-angle monitoring provide decision-making basis for emergency responders, enabling rescue personnel to plan travel routes more efficiently and enhancing the efficiency of emergency rescue operations.

 In complex or dangerous environments, it performs search and rescue missions, enhancing search and rescue efficiency and safety while reducing the risk of casualties. Capable of traversing various terrains, it is equipped with various sensors and rescue equipment such as thermal imagers and life detectors to quickly locate and rescue trapped individuals.
